SEN Free (想飛)是香港註冊慈善團體，提供以自閉症成年人為主要服務對象的免費跑步和伸展課程，讓學員能夠在參加常規運動之餘，更不必擔心受傷和因身體或學習能力限制而被排除在外。透過經常運動改善 SEN 學員的身體狀況，包括維持心血管健康、增加肌肉力量和耐力，降低慢性疾病風險，例如糖尿病和肥胖症。我們希望培養 SEN 學員的運動習慣，幫助他們減輕壓力和焦慮、改善情緒、提升自尊心、成就感及認知功能，促進心理健康，同時鼓勵他們與社區分享和建立聯繫，減少他們的社交孤立及孤獨感。
